Implants

The most ideal treatment in many cases for missing teeth is an implant. Implants are made of titanium screws. When placed, the screw will fuse directly to the bone. After three or four months, an abutment or post is attached to the implant. The final procedure is the placement of a porcelain or zirconium crown. Implants are very strong and cannot decay like a natural tooth.
