February is Pet Oral Health Month

I found out a little late but apparently February is National Pet Dental Health Month. This is something I have often thought about being a dog owner. Above is a picture of our beautiful Husky, Loid. He is 8 years old and the vet is beginning to recommend a tooth cleaning for him. I went to the AVMA(American Veterinary Medicine Association) website to learn a little more. Implant Continuing Education

Dr. Brad and I belong to a study club to help further our dental education and to make certain we continue to grow throughout our careers. We are required by the state to obtain 40 hours of continuing education every two years. However, by belonging to this club alone we typically obtain our 40 hours of CE in one year.
